- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The front staff are rude. The doctor refused to listen to my complaint of pain told me I wasn't hurting in my kidney and I am a RN and know where my kidney is. I ended up in the ER later that night. My kidney was blocked by a cyst on my ovary and a fibroid tumor. Urologist told this office what the blockage was from. They told me the Urologist was wrong. I went to get a second opinion at Duke ended up with surgery with exactly what the Urologist said. I got kidney hydroneprosis because they did not listen.
